First Session Guarantee

We offer a full refund if you are not satisfied after your first tutoring session. To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us within 48 hours of your first session. No questions asked.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellations are processed as follows:

Session Rescheduling

You may reschedule sessions up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be counted as completed and are not eligible for refund or credit.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

Package Downgrades

If you downgrade to a lower-priced package, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for the difference in price during the current billing period.

Unused Session Credits

Unused session credits may roll over to the following month, up to a maximum of one month. Credits older than one month expire and cannot be refunded or reinstated.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you experience illness, family emergencies, or other exceptional circumstances, please contact us. We will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include extended credit validity or partial refunds.
